Our Story
Providence Collect was formed in 2024 with a focused mission: to bridge the gap between premium obligations and payment execution.
We act as the conduit that aligns global policyholders with the necessary payment infrastructure, ensuring collections are managed efficiently and transparently.
Who We Are
Providence Collect is the designated facilitator for the collection of insurance premiums on behalf of Providence Life Limited, PCC.
We do not process, settle, or retain funds ourselves; instead, we coordinate payment flows through trusted third-party gateways and acquirers.
Our role is to manage the collection interface and reconciliation, ensuring each transaction is directed via our approved processing partners, while reinforcing the Providence brand’s professionalism and trust.
Our Purpose
Providence Collect’s mandate is limited to facilitating the collection of due premiums.
We do not administer, assist, manage, or interact with any aspect of insurance policies, provide coverage advice, or hold any payment accounts. While we may issue secure payment links to policyholders on behalf of insurers, Providence Collect does not execute, settle, or process payments, and these functions are carried out entirely by our contracted payment partners under regulated frameworks.
This ensures a clear boundary: Providence Collect handles coordination, reconciliation, and oversight, but not regulated payment services.

payment infrastructure providers:
Judopay serves as the payment gateway through which customer card or digital payment instructions are captured and routed.
Cashflows acts as the acquirer (the institution which settles and processes the payments) for transactions.
Through these partnerships, Providence Collect ensures that each payment request is processed securely and in compliance, while we handle the collection coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
